Leadership Team

Doug is our President and founded Pivital to create an IT services company that works with clients collaboratively, reliably and ethically. His passion for IT services is felt throughout the company and in our community of customers and suppliers. On a day-to-day basis he is accountable for customer relationships and business development. Doug has 20+ years executive IT leadership experience and has a Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Wisconsin.

Tim is Pivital's Chief Financial & Strategy Officer. Prior to joining Pivital, Tim was the President of TJS Consulting, LLC, a management consulting firm providing services focused on transition, integration and business transformation in the technology sector. Tim  served as the Chief Transformation Management Officer for Acoustic L.P. and Chief of Staff for Getronics Global Services, a provider of workplace, cloud, and applications development solutions. He served as Chief Administrative Officer and SVP of Human Resources for CompuCom, an international IT Services and Solutions firm as well as stints in senior operating and financial roles with multiple private equity firms in the IT Services industry. He began his career serving as an officer in the United States Army and has a Bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame and an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of Texas at Austin.

Rob is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications and technology industry and a track record of driving global business growth through building strong customer relationships.

He excels in developing specialized services solutions that address client needs, leading to the successful completion of multi-year global agreements.

Prior to his role at Pivital, Rob has held executive management positions at NCR Inc, Avaya and Lucent. As Global Account Director at Avaya, Robert managed and grew the global financial vertical.  During his tenure at Lucent Technologies, he obtained the role of Chief Operating Officer of the Global Service Provider Team.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Montana State University and has completed the International Business Program Certificate from Thunderbird University.

Donja is our Vice President of Operations. She embodies the spirit and passion of Pivital’s customer service culture and inspires employees for a highly functioning team. Her scope spans all aspects of service fulfillment from project initiation and team enablement for successful service launch and delivery, and is inclusive of the invoicing team for accurate and timely billing. Her leadership within the organization is felt by all our team members regardless of role and function. Her Bachelor’s degree is in Computer Information Systems from AIU International.

Anna is our Vice President of Service Delivery with oversight of Global Account Management.  Her leadership and dedication enables Pivital’s Delivery Team to foster client satisfaction through high quality services, strong communication, and flexibility to changing needs. Her 25+ years of industry experience makes her a natural partner for our clients to entrust their service needs and collaborate on best practices to apply

Jason is our Vice President of Engineering and quarterback of our organization. He is accountable for customer solutions across all lines of business. Clients enjoy working with Jason in all stages from proposal and solution planning through smooth service transitions and go live. Jason has a BA in Management Information Systems and MBA from Arkansas State University and maintains leading IT industry designations including the Project Management Professional (PMP), ITIL Foundations v3 and ITIL Service Operations.
